PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE HAVE BEEN CHANGES TO THE FELLOWSHIP FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2018-2019. THE FELLOWSHIP IS NOW FOR ONE SEMESTER OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR AND IS ELIGIBLE TO FIRST YEAR PHD STUDENTS.

The deadline for applications for the 2018-2019 academic year is June 15, 2018. Student selection is contingent upon being accepted to the graduate school at the University of Utah.

To apply, download and complete the application for The Nanotechnology Training Program and three
Evaluation Forms. Please note that this application is for the Nanotechnology Training Program only, students will need to complete a separate graduate school application through their chosen department.

Prospective students should submit the completed application and transcripts directly to the Graduate Coordinator. The evaluation forms should be sent to the Graduate Coordinator by each evaluator, not the student.

Please submit required information as described above to the Graduate Program Coordinator (contact information below) via email attachments when possible; fax and hard copy materials will also be accepted. Please contact us for questions or additional information about the program or application process.
