Dr. Granger's research interests lie at the interface of the analytical sciences and medicine, focusing on the design, fabrication, analysis, and deployment of novel bioanalytical sensors and constructs for use in the clinical environment. his lab is currently developing magnetic and spectroscopic platforms for multiplexed biomarker capture and analysis.
