The deadline for applications for the 2016-2017 academic year has been extended to May 1, 2016. Student selection is contingent upon being accepted to the University of Utah.

To apply, download and complete the Application for The Nanotechnology Training Program and three Evaluation Forms.

Prospective students should submit the completed application and transcripts directly to the Graduate Coordinator. The evaluation forms should be sent to the Graduate Coordinator by each evaluator, not the student.

Submit required information as described above to the Graduate Program Coordinator (contact information below) via email attachments when possible; fax and hard copy materials will also be accepted. Please contact us for additional information about the program or application process.
